The large windows offer beautiful lake views from both the kitchn and living space, as well as the upstairs bedrooms. The rustic handcrafted bar made from local Haliburton lumber is a bonus hang-out space for all visitors. 

    In addition to the spacious interior the cottage has a large walk-out deck with beautiful views of the property and the lake. Across the cottage road is your own private deck and dock for direct access to sunbath, swim or read a book as you look out onto the stunning views of Maple Lake. 

    Situated on 1.5 acres the property has tons of recreational activities as well. Horseshoes, Badminton/Volleyball net and 2 firepits for the perfect night of roasting marshmellows, telling stories or letting the famliy musician shine! The storage shed houses a canoe, 2 kayaks and a stand-up paddle board as well as floating devices. 

     The property is fully winterized and available year-round. Offering a lodge-like atmosphere it is the perfect choice for winter-activity enthusiasts as it sits on direct access to snowmobiling trails and is a short 20 minute drive to Sir Sams Ski Resort.
